Each product has a 'Dispatch Time' note at the bottom of the description. We will always aim to get your order out to you within this time frame. You will be sent the tracking number once it has shipped which can then be tracked via Australia Post or DHL.

When you're not using your jewellery it is recommended to store each piece individually in a soft lined pouch or a small plastic zip lock bag that is sealed tightly. They should be stored in a dry, cool place.

We have taken a considered approach to production of our jewellery.

Our jewellery is either made to order or created in limited quantities to ensure there is no excessive production.

With a focus on conscious purchasing and commitment to using quality materials, the pieces are all made with precious metals (solid gold).

Elle Forma pieces are made with solid gold, in mainly 9K and 14K.

When it came to sourcing packaging elements, we factored in how to minimise the use of plastics whilst still sending your jewellery pieces safely and beautifully.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability the packaging materials can be recycled, composted or reused. They were also sourced from local Australian and New Zealand businesses.

Your Elle Forma pieces will be sent in a timeless keepsake box and gift wrapped in FSC certified tissue paper which can be composted or recycled. The outer mailing box is made from recyclable materials and can also be recycled.

Elle Forma jewellery are made by talented Melbourne jewellers and diamond setters. Select pieces are produced and sourced abroad through our network of trusted partners, most of which are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

Yes! We love this part of the job, and have an extensive trusted jewellery network that we regularly use for custom sourcing requests.

We can help you source just about anything for eg a particular chain, bracelet or bangle to name a few. Contact us to start the conversation.

The easiest way is to check if it has a hallmark/stamp - the position of the hallmark will depend on the type of jewellery. It could be inside of the ring band or the earring butterly backing for example. Depending on the gold type, it will either specify a karat or related number, for example 9K or 375. You can refer to our Solid Gold Guide here for more information.

Jewellery that is made from solid gold can be melted down to renew down the line. Being a precious metal, solid gold will forever retain its value. Sterling silver can also be recycled.
